What is White Glove Delivery and how does it work?

White Glove Delivery is our premium delivery service for larger or more complex items. Here’s what you need to know:

What is the White Glove Delivery Service?
With this service, items are delivered by appointment to your room of choice. They are unpacked and fully assembled for you.


Why does the delivery method differ depending on the item?
Smaller items like Bedding, Bath, Rugs, Decor, and Cushions are delivered via courier. Larger items or those needing assembly (like Outdoor Furniture, Living Room, Bedroom sets) use the White Glove Service.
Exceptions include outdoor patio structures, marble or stone sink consoles, lighting, mirrors, rugs, headboards attached to a metal frame, and any item needing home installation or wall mounting.


How do I know if I’m eligible?
If you order at least one item with the White Glove icon, your entire order will be delivered using the White Glove Service.

Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not offer international shipping.
Can I use two delivery options for the same order?
Orders can only have one delivery option assigned to them at checkout. If you need to use multiple delivery methods, you may need to place separate orders.
What is Click & Collect?
Click & Collect allows you to place an order for items online and pick them up at a store of your choice. This service is available in most of our locations. Once you select your desired products, you can select the click & collect method, and this will display all the stores that offer this service in your location to choose from.
How do I reschedule my item collection?

Can someone else collect my order from the store on my behalf?

Yes, anyone can collect your order on your behalf, if the following is provided:

  • Invoice
  • Civil ID
  • Signature confirming the delivery receipt at the store
What if I did not collect my order within the specified time?
We typically hold your order in-store for 7 working days. If your order is not collected within this period, it will be cancelled, and any payments made will be refunded to the original payment method.
What is your process for collecting orders from stores?

You can pay online, and we will deliver your order to the selected store for collection. After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email and SMS with the order number. Please wait for an email and SMS from us telling you when it’s ready to collect.

Please note that we will keep your order in store for 7 working days after notifying you that it's ready for collection.

All uncollected orders will be cancelled and any payments made will be refunded to the card used for the purchase.
